Welcome Autumn!!  We've added new classes to our schedule!!

Come on in for early morning yoga with our new Kripalu yoga teacher Stephanie!  She will be teaching a 6:00-7:00am Kripalu yoga class on both Tuesday and Thursday mornings!  You can set the tone for your day with yoga at Lotus Yoga before heading off to work! 

Another addition to the schedule is the a 9:00-10:15am Kripalu yoga class on Tuesday mornings with Vicky!! 

 

And change of time, for both the Monday and Thursday morning yoga classes with Melissa, we will be starting a little earlier, classes will now be held at 9:00am-10:15am!!  Also, our Monday Prenatal yoga will start at 6:15pm-7:30pm, just a little later start!

Lotus Yoga is a place where you are invited to come practice yoga in a space that is supportive and focused solely on you, the student.  We make every effort to keep our yoga class sizes comfortable and personal, allowing time for plenty of specialized attention. We have always offered and continue to offer all first time yoga students their first yoga class free!!
Lotus Yoga has a quiet, relaxed atmosphere, perfect for helping you to create a practice that meets your personal needs.  Our certified teachers are trained to assist each student in creating modifications and variations that are most suitable for their individual needs, enabling both beginning and experienced students to stay safe in their bodies.  All of our teachers are certified by the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health.  www.kripalu.org
 

Melissa Little, owner and director, created Lotus Yoga to serve the everyday student by making yoga comfortable and accessible for all.  Lotus Yoga offers an intimate, supportive environment where you'll receive plenty of personal attention.  At Lotus, our teachers know your name and are committed to offering you great yoga at an affordable price. All of our teachers are certified by the renowned Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA

Lotus Yoga also takes a special interest in serving prenatal women and their journey into motherhood and beyond.  Lotus Yoga offers prenatal yoga twice a week without the commitment of a series.  Once baby is born, move on to Baby and Mom yoga, a great chance to bond with your little one, connect with other moms, and have your yoga practice, too!  These classes are the doorway to all of our family oriented programming, we strive to continue to support our student's needs as parents and beyond.

Helpful Hints for First Time Students:

  • As a general rule, eat lightly at least 2 hours before class.
  • Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing.
  • Yoga mats are available for use at no cost.
  • Water is available for purchase. 
  • Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes before class starts to check in and settle into your space.
  • First class is free for all new students living in our area.
