Zoom Class Schedule
All classes on our schedule will be taught on Zoom and in-studio simultaneously, so you will have the flexibility to attend class in a way that works best for you.
We are returning to in-studio classes on Tuesday, May 4th! You need be pre-registered to attend in-studio classes (no exceptions, space is limited to 6 students per class). Please see the “Classes in Studio” page to pre-register.

Kripalu Yoga
Explore all the elements of yoga while releasing tension and anxiety, focusing on your body’s sensations and connecting with your mind, body and spirit.
Kripalu yoga is a complete yoga practice that is suitable for everyone, whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years. Class covers stretching, postures, breath work and relaxation, customized to the needs of the students. This practice offers some physical challenges alongside the constant permission to do what feels best to you. Tap into your inner knowing, encourage your inward focus and enhance your spiritual attunement.

Kripalu Gentle
Explore stretching and gentle movement as you let go and relax. This class incorporates breath and relaxation techniques that connect the body, mind and spirit.
Seated, reclined, and gently held standing and balancing postures combined with restorative yoga provide a soothing, complete experience. You’ll explore the breath and integrate slow movement while letting go and tuning inward.
Prenatal Yoga
Take control of your pregnancy and delivery in a yoga class designed to keep you calm and comfortable. Through a focus on strengthening, stretching, breathing and visualization (all customized to the needs of the students), you will physically and mindfully prepare for your journey through pregnancy, into labor and on to new motherhood.
This unique class helps make pregnancy a comfortable and joyful experience. You will discover your own body wisdom and strengthen your instinct to listen to and trust your inner voice. Your intuitive awareness of your baby will deepen, empowering you and creating a lifelong bond with your child. Learn more about prenatal yoga.
Restorative Yoga
Restorative yoga is ideal for times when you feel weak or exhausted, and can be very beneficial if you’re undergoing a major life change (whether it’s positive or negative). In this practice, we use props such as bolsters and blankets for support, and hold poses for long durations (up to 10 minutes). This class helps alleviate stress, soothes and stimulates the internal organs and calms the nervous system.
Baby & Mom Yoga
Due to popular demand, Baby & Mom Yoga is currently open only to those mothers who have attended Prenatal Yoga classes at Lotus Yoga.
Through baby & mom yoga, you’ll find the physical and mental tools to begin to gently strengthen your post-pregnancy body and adjust to new motherhood. Practice includes safe and gentle yoga postures and stretching. You’ll learn to restore your core and strengthen and reconnect with your abdominal muscles and pelvic floor. Breath and relaxation techniques will help you relieve the tension that can come with being a new mom.
Class also includes ways to stimulate baby’s natural reflexes, basic motor skills and vision, and provide a way to mom and baby to interact and play.
Private One-on-One Instruction with Melissa
Private yoga instruction with Melissa is available by request. Private sessions may be booked by emailing Melissa.
Private Group Instruction with Melissa
Group instruction can be a great benefit to your business or organization. Private group classes are available for a minimum of 8 students, for one class or up to an 8-week session. Contact Melissa for details.
Private Reiki Session
Private reiki sessions with Melissa are available by request. Sessions may be booked by emailing Melissa.
