We are returning to in-studio classes on Tuesday, May 4th!! You need be pre-registered to attend in-studio classes (no exceptions, space is limited to 6 students per class). Please see the “Classes in Studio” page to pre-register.
Students MUST also be fully vaccinated and you will be asked to sign a waiver stating you are fully vaccinated.
Please bring your own mask, mat and any other props you wish to use. Studio mats, blankets and props may not be used.
All classes on our schedule will be taught on Zoom and in-studio simultaneously, so you will have the flexibility to attend class in a way that works best for you.
