In order to attend in-studio classes you need to be pre-registered for class, no exceptions, and space is limited to 9 students per class. Please see the Classes in Studio page to pre-register. If you are unable to attend a class you have pre-registered for, please cancel your registration, someone else may wish to attend.
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class so there will be ample time to complete paperwork before class time.
Please bring your own mask and yoga mat. Studio mats are not available for use at this time.
All classes on our schedule are taught in-studio and on Zoom simultaneously, so you will have the flexibility to attend class in a way that works best for you!
